BOSCH SMART SYSTEM POWERTUBE BATTERIES

For the highest demands in terms of performance and aesthetics: Bosch PowerTubes and CompactTubes blend ideally into the clean design of the E-Bike – they are integrated into the frame tube. They come in two variants, horizontal or vertical. Both are installed directly by the manufacturer to match the relevant E-Bike model. A safety catch prevents the battery from falling out. Where provided for, however, the batteries can be easily and conveniently removed.

Discreetly integrated into the frame tube, these high-quality power sources are barely noticeable. Bosch offers numerous PowerTube variants, with different energy contents in the smart system. So you're prepared for any challenge – whether it's sporty riding on trails with your E-MTB, energy-sapping uphill riding with a fully loaded E-Cargo bike, or shorter, everyday rides in the city.

• The Smart System offers various battery combinations.
  Due to differences in battery design and mounting systems, the new PowerTube 600 (BBP3860) and PowerTube 800 (BBP388) batteries are not interchangeable with the PowerTube 750 (BBP377), PowerTube 625 (BBP376), or PowerTube 500 (BBP375).
  
  Always check with your bike manufacturer or contact us before ordering to ensure the battery fits/ is compatible with your E-bike.
  

Battery Care:

For long battery life, avoid extreme temperatures when not in use. Storing and charging at room temperature is ideal.
For long-term storage, it is recommended to store the battery at 30–60% charge and at room temperature.
