CANE CREEK BOTTOM HEADSET ASSEMBLY

The all-new 40-Series replaces the S-Series and continues to be the work-horse of Cane Creek's headset line-up. The series incorporates all the features necessary for a durable, lightweight, long lasting headset, and represents the perfect balance of performance, durability and value.

FEATURES

• Cups & Covers: 6061 T-6 Aluminium
• Clip Seal: Innovative Clip-Seal completely seals the top assembly and captures the compression ring to reduce the number of loose parts
• Face Seals: High-quality, low friction face-seals on the crown races
• Crown Race: Durable steel crown race
• Bearings: Dependable black-oxide, sealed bearings
• Interlok®: Interlok® spacer compatible 

This can be used to replace the FOCUS C.I.S. (Cockpit Integrated Solution) stem system (with the integrated cables).
The C.I.S system is used on some Focus Thron², Jam² an Sam² models.

If you wish to replace the C.I.S system with a classic stem, you will need this headset top assembly, a standard stem and some stem spacers.
