      The XT rear derailleur RD-M786 by Shimano 

      The Shimano XT rear derailleur RD-M786 ensures precise, low-noise shifting in 2x10-speed and 3x10-speed drivetrains (Dyna-Sys). It features Shadow RD+ technology, where a stabilizer prevents the chain from sagging, slapping or dropping. Both the outer and inner cages of the rear derailleur are made of lightweight aluminium.
