We are open again in level 2!
We love to welcome our customers back in store!
We are open from Wednesday 8th of September when part of New Zealand moves to level 2.
There are a few changes in the way we operate this all in line with the government guidelines.
- You legally must wear a face covering, and must keep a 2 metre distance from other people,
except for friends and family - We will have a visitor register in place for contact tracing purposes
Remember to scan in using the NZ COVID Tracer app, and turn on Bluetooth tracing - All our rental bikes, bikes that are serviced and test bikes will be sanitized after use

- Our mechanics are back in the shop to help you with your E-bike needs (or regular bikes)

DELIVER YOUR BIKE
TO THE STORE
Drop your bike off at Electric Bike Rotorua head office.
Please wear a face covering while you drop-off your bike

The bike must be left outside of our door at a scheduled time. Simply knock, or call us and we start the work
PAYMENT VIA
ONLINE CHANNEL
All bikes will be sanitised before return. Payment processing will be via online channel only to reduce any contact.
